Move desktop and e2e into examples/ directory

- desktop/ → examples/django-react-desktop-app/
- e2e/ → examples/django-react-site/
- example/ → examples/django-react-site/backend/
- Update Dockerfile.test, Makefile, playwright config, and
  django.config.mjs path references
